SoulCollage® is an expressive art process, created by Seena Frost in the 80s, where one uses intuition to discover compelling images that lead to self-discovery through making collage cards, journaling and participating in community with others.
In a workshop you will receive instruction both in creating cards and in interpreting them. You will select images you are drawn to and combine them to create uniquely significant personal collages. You will use these collages for reflection, to intuitively explore life's questions. Over time you may feel compelled to build an entire deck of cards, like a personal tarot, while exploring many ways to delve into your personal mythology.
